I think this is more likely Hargraves Street. There is a road off to the left and fire hydrant on the right which exist today (2022).

I think this is Thoms Crescent in Ainslie (not Reid). The houses look like weatherboard cottages and the view of Mount Ainslie fits with the orientation from Thoms Cres.
